SUCCESS AT FENIM FAIR FOR PEPSI APPAREL

(Montclair, NJ- Feb 2010)–Bradford Licensing, LLC, the exclusive international brand licensing agency for PepsiCo, Inc., is pleased to highlight the successful showing of Formitz’s Pepsi apparel range.

Located in Brazil, Formitz put together a full fashion range of men and women apparel for the hip and trendy customer. The range debuted at the recent Fenim Fair, bringing an enormous amount of excitement to the booth. On display were the latest fashions, from vintage to rock, Pepsi fashions stole the show.

The deal with Formitz was handled by sub-agent Supermarcas, stemming out of Bradford’s international structure. Vice President of sub agent Supermarcas, Mr. Galbinski, is very pleased with this first showing of the Pepsi fashion range, believing the results will be excellent. “The result was very positive and the licensee Formitz is happy with the result of the increased brand awareness, remarked Mr. Galbinski.

Fenim Fair, Brazil’s largest fair for the apparel and clothing industry managed by the Brazilian Textile & Apparel Industry Association, was held from January 27 – 30, 2010 at Gramado. Gathering the most important manufacturers of the Brazil apparel industry, the focus of the event was on women’s wear, men’s wear and children’s wear. There were two specific salons in the fair, for underwear and men’s fashion with a total of 65 exhibitors in attendance.

Fenim was created in 1990, in the city of Gramado, with a focus on Fall-Winter. The fair existed as an annual event for the past 12 years.

Poised to hit the ground running, the PepsiCo brands have broken through into the Korean marketplace with the launch of Shoerepublic’s footwear and accessory ranges, brokered by sub-agent Infiniss. Using “POP” as the main marketing tool, Shoerepublic will work to create trendy, yet affordable lines of footwear followed by caps, bags and accessories with the Pepsi, 7Up and Mountain Dew logos. If you happen to be in the area, stop by ABC Mart or Lesmore to grab your own pair of Pepsi, 7Up or Mountain Dew sneakers before they run off the shelf!

Helping to beat the heat, Pepsi has landed in Brazil! First to hit the market – a hip, fashion forward range of men and women apparel sure to “cool” off anyone that dares to wear it! Showcasing at the Fenin Fair, the new line by licensee Formitz will be available for 3rd quarter 2010 at Torra Torra or Lojao Do Bras. The deal was brokered by sub-agent Supermarcas.

Continuing the brand extensions in Japan, three new deals have been executed via sub-agent Phoenix. Nobby and Nishio are two companies bringing Pepsi apparel to consumers throughout Japan. Look for casual t-shirts, tops and jackets bearing the nostalgic logo and retro artwork Pepsi is famous for! To complete the look, Oxford is developing a full luggage and bag range for the trendy, jet-setting consumer.

On the other end of the globe, Australia is ending the year with a fun new Pepsi product from The Promotions Factory – speaker chairs! Now you can relax and listen to your favorite tunes, while drinking your favorite soft drink. Adorned with the brand new refreshed Pepsi logo, these speaker chairs are sure to be a hit with the young generation! The deal was executed with sub-agent Wild Pumpkin, who has much more in store for the Pepsi brand in 2010.

Pepsi ranked 3rd Soft Drink Brand

We are pleased to announce that PEPSI was ranked 3rd in BrandZ’s Most Valuable Brand Report. BrandZ, the world’s largest brand equity study, recently rated the top 100 most valuable global brands for 2009. This annual study ascertains those brands that have the most loyal customers; the more loyal the customers, the higher the brand value. The ranking is significant because it takes into account the opinions of consumers and business-to-business users from over 20 countries each year.

Pepsi International Licensing Program Continues to Expand

(Montclair, NJ- July 8, 2009)–Bradford Licensing, LLC, the exclusive international brand licensing agency for PepsiCo, Inc., is pleased to announce continued success of the Pepsi licensing program around the globe through a number of renewals and exciting new deals brokered by our partner agents as well as a newly revitalized Pepsi style guide.

With thanks to partner agent, Cameron Consultancy, Fashion UK will continue to produce Pepsi branded apparel, including t-shirts, sweatshirts and pants. Fashion UK’s Pepsi and 7Up t-shirts have sold successfully in popular UK retailer Topshop, among others. Cameron Consultancy has also brokered a deal with Paper House, who will produce greeting cards featuring artwork of the Pepsi bottle cap by famed artist, Andy Warhol.

Three existing Pepsi-Cola licensees, Sakamoto, Maraudi and Diggit, Inc., based out of Japan, renewed their licensing agreements due to ongoing success of the Pepsi licensing program with the help of the licensing agency, Phoenix. With these renewals, both companies will continue manufacturing unique Pepsi-Cola products, with Sakamoto producing stationary and cell phone accessories, Marudai creating shoes and sandals, and Diggit, Inc. making handbags and accessories.

In France, Licensee Plus will create ladies apparel, handbags, umbrellas and watches, through a deal made by RMP Licensing. German agent, Euro Lizenzen, has signed on Millipede Fashion BV, located in The Netherlands, to manufacture loungewear, socks, caps and scarves for Men’s, Ladies and Young Adults for all of the PepsiCo brands.

At last month’s Licensing International Expo, Bradford revealed “The Pepsi Brand, Refreshed” merchandise and style guide exclusive to international licensees. PEPSI LICENSING PROGRAME CONTINUES TO THRIVE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD

(Montclair, NJ- July 8, 2008)–Bradford Licensing Associates, the exclusive international licensing agency for PepsiCo, Inc., is pleased to announce continued success of the Pepsi licensing program through a number of renewals and new partners.

With help from Asian Pepsi representative Interasia, Jordone signs a five year license agreement with PepsiCo., Inc. for Indonesia and Thailand to produce men’s and women’s apparel such as polo tees, t-shirts, thank tops, jackets, vests, sweat tops and bottom, woven shirts, Bermuda shorts, pants, chinos, jeans, skirts, dresses, caps, and scarves. In Japan, AT Family Co., will continue to manufacture and distribute men’s t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, parkas, and pants, via a renewal set in place by Pepsi representative Phoenix Corporation.

Mercury Brands, a branded apparel manufacturer based in Melbourne Australia, with operations in New Zealand and Asia, renewed their license agreement with PepsiCo. Inc., and 7UP for an additional two years, to continue manufacturing fashion apparel for men and women which includes t-shirts, hoodies, and tanktops.

Bradford Licensing Associates Announces Two New Additions to Pepsi-Cola Beverages International Licensing Program

Bradford Licensing Associates, the international licensing agency for PepsiCo, Inc., is pleased to announce continual development of the Pepsi-Cola Beverages International Licensing Program.

With the help of Bradford Licensing Associates, a domestic company by the name of JunkFood based out of Los Angeles signed an agreement with Pepsi in March of 2006. JunkFood is a known apparel manufacturer in the United States, whose vintage designs are worn by a number of celebrities, such as Ahshton Kutcher, Lindsay Lohan, Kelly Clarkson, and many more. JunkFood will be expanding their market into United Kingdom, Japan, Republic of Ireland, and Greece after the start of the New Year. The company specializes in apparel and they will be utilizing logos such as Pepsi, Pepsi-Cola, Pepsi Max, and Mountain Dew. Apparel will be designed for men, women, teen boys and teen girls, and will include t-shirts, tank tops, fleece tops, hats, knit pants, skirts, trucker caps and patches.
